»We are shadows. Shadows of society. We exist, but we are a thorn in the side of society. They don’t really want to see us. To most, we’re just the scum.«
We see them every day. In front of the supermarket, under the roofs of bus stops, in doorways, on park benches, on the way to work. But who are the people who live on the streets of Berlin?
With my sketchbook I went to places where homeless people spend their winter. I drew them and listened to them. These are their stories.
